(a)  To the fullest extent permissible by law, Fronterra Group Pte Ltd, and each of their members, officials, staff, employees, agents and/or volunteers, will not be liable for any claim, action, loss, damage, cost and expense, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with your team(s)’ participation in the activity(ies), including but not limited to any losses or injuries that may be suffered by you and your team members before, during, or after such activity(ies).  The foregoing does not apply to any liability for death or personal injury resulting from negliene attributes to Fronterra Group Pte Ltd or their members, officials, staff, employees, agents and/or volunteers.

(b)  To indemnify and hold harmless Fronterra Group Pte Ltd and each of their members, officials, staff, employees, agents and/or volunteers, from and against any claim, action, loss, damage, cost and expense againse or incurred by any of them, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with your team(s)' participation in the activity(ies).
